"Our first contact with Tyther Contracting Inc. was in response to an internet query we made regarding steel roofing. Your representative not only responded to our request for information but also personally provided information about the advantages of steel roofing and literature explaining the different types of roofing available in our area. He was very professional and responded to all of our questions, provided samples, sound advice, and followed up with a cost estimate and contract in a timely manner. The project manager was very professional and knowledgeable about how to best meet our needs. From the first contact with us and throughout the project he kept us informed about what to expect, when to expect it, and stayed in touch to make sure that any and all questions we had were answered. The materials were delivered in a timely manner once the contract was signed and the city permit was issued. Everything went as scheduled when the weather permitted. The construction crews, both the aluminum and fascia installers and the roofers, were some of the hardest working individuals we have encountered in a long time. Their work ethic and workmanship are above reproach. They worked for several hours straight and finished the project in what we consider record time. They are skilled professionals and the finished project bears witness to that.
